inspiring artist

I love pretty much all art work. There is usually something positive I can find in everyone's piece. Even though I don't do a lot of paintings, I chose an artist who primarily works with oils and watercolors. Her name is Ginette Callaway and she has a somewhat similar style to Monet, who is one of my favorite artist. Her use of color is crazy good and I always go for those kinds of paintings even though most of my pieces have like no color. Another thing I like is the subtle textures that she creates because once you look close you can see a lot of time went into it. Also she seems to be inspired by the same things I am such as nature. I really like how creates so much life is her paintings but it could be just a simple flower.

what do I want to be when I grow up?????????????????????????

I have know what I want to be when I grow up. I've never been able to make a plan or decide on anything. I know I for sure want to help people but I can't just live off of volunteer work, but I would love to help people and travel a lot. I've also thought about working with animals especially horses. I grew up around horses and my great grandma was one of the first person to incorporate horses with peoples therapy, so I thought I would maybe do that. I really want to do something with art too, maybe like a photographer so that I could travel. I've also thought about teaching art, english, or history. So pretty much I'm all over the place and completely undecided.

inspiration

One of my biggest inspirations for my art is people. I love drawing people that I know or just random ones because everyone has their own look that is very specific to them. Each person has something about them in their look that makes their personality show. Everyone has a unique look and I like making come to life because you can see so much of the person since you have to look at every little detail. People always have a story behind them and are always thinking so it's interesting to capture it. I like creating semi-realistic or realistic pieces most of the time.
